We gathers two types of information:
- Account Information: Information that you have provided to BOBS GUITAR for the purpose of maintaining an account with BOBS GUITAR as an essay registrant, e-mail subscriber or other relationship. Account information may be required in order to receive access to certain information or services. - Usage information: Information that is automatically provided by each user’s browser for each page requested on our site (commonly referred to as web site log data).
Account Data Use
Account data will not be sold, rented, or donated to anyone other than BOBS GUITAR and entities acting on behalf of BOBS GUITAR, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Email Record Retention
You acknowledge and agree that BobsGuitar.org/Bobs Guitar may, in its sole discretion, permanently erase email records (e.g. copies of emails sent and certain information relating to sent emails) after thirty-five (35) days of such emails being sent, and BobsGuitar.org/Bobs Guitar has no obligation to retain such records beyond the thirty-five (35) day period.
Opt-In
We acquire no personal or account data about our users except what you explicitly and voluntarily provide (ie. essay registration). We reserve the right to use this information specifically for the purposes related to your registration and generally for any necessary future communication regarding your registration or status.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Updating
Essay registrants can update their information by sending an email to info@bobsguitar.org. We only accept changes for new contact information such as an email, phone number and mailing address. Make it clear in the subject line by saying “Update Contact Info” without exception.
