Email Record Retention
You acknowledge and agree that Guitar may, in its sole discretion, permanently erase email records (e.g. copies of emails sent and certain information relating to sent emails) after thirty-five (35) days of such emails being sent, and Guitar has no obligation to retain such records beyond the thirty-five (35) day period.

We acquire no personal or account data about our users except what you explicitly and voluntarily provide (ie. essay registration). We reserve the right to use this information specifically for the purposes related to your registration and generally for any necessary future communication regarding your registration or status.

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Essay registrants can update their information by sending an email to We only accept changes for new contact information such as an email, phone number and mailing address. Make it clear in the subject line by saying “Update Contact Info” without exception.
